This article shall be known as the "Senior Citizens
Tax Percentage Reduction Law of 1995."
This article is enacted pursuant to Article
2 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York.
It is the purpose of this article to establish
the schedule for reduction of a senior citizen's real property taxes
based on his/her income.

Senior citizens with the following income levels
may apply for and receive the correlating percentage reduction in
their taxes:
