No vehicle shall be parked on any public highway within the Town of
Niles, County of Cayuga, State of New York, between the hours of 11:00 p.m.
and 6:00 a.m. during the period beginning November 15 and ending March 15
of each year. Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be
punishable for the first offense by a fine not exceeding $10; and for the
second offense by a fine of not less than $10 or more than $25, or by imprisonment
for not more than 15 days; the third or any subsequent offense, within one
year, shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $100 or by imprisonment
not exceeding 15 days, or both fine and imprisonment.
