The Board of Supervisors, being the governing body of the Township of Conewago (Board), hereby signifies its intention and desire to adopt a schedule of attorney fees to be collected in connection with the collection of any and all delinquent accounts and to be included in any lien arising from all municipal claims and municipal liens under the provisions of the Municipality Authorities Act of 1945, as amended, Title 53, Part 1, Chapter 25, Article I, Section 7106 (53 P.S. § 7106) (Act).
A. 
In compliance with the requirements of the Act, the Board establishes attorney fees of $300 to be collected as part of collection of any delinquent account after proper notice to the delinquent account holder.
B. 
In compliance with the requirements of the Act and as set forth therein, the Board establishes that attorney fees collected in connection with the collection of any delinquent account shall be included in any lien resulting from the delinquent account and may increase over and above $300 to the amount of actual attorney fees incurred by the municipality in collection of the delinquent account in the event the municipality proceeds by any method to prosecute any such lien to judgment.
