From and after the date of this article, and pursuant to Section 1005(7)
of the Act of February 1, 1966, as amended,[1] the office of Elected Auditor is hereby abolished.

Pursuant to the authority of § 39-1, herein, a certified public accountant, registered in Pennsylvania, is hereby appointed as Independent Auditor for the Borough of Coudersport to perform all the duties of such Independent Auditor as set forth in Article 9, Subdivision K of the Borough Code.
