A.
The governing body hereby determines that adminsitrative
appeal procedures relating to petitions for reviewby Local Tax Hearing
Officer submitted by taxpayers in conection with the assessment, determination
or refund of an eligible tax under the LTBR shall be undertaken by
a Local Tax Heaing Officer, who shall be appointed by the Board of
Commissioners.
B.
The process and procedures set forth in the rules
and regulations for compliance with the Local Taxpayers Bill of Rights
and substantially in the form set forth in Schedule 1 shall govern
petitions for review by Local Tax Hearing Officer.
This article shall be applicable to eligible
taxes as of January 1, 2011.
