The Village of Holley, Orleans County, New York, does hereby authorize the conduct of games of chance by authorized organizations upon obtaining a license therefor within the territorial limits of the Village of Holley, Orleans County, New York, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, this chapter, and the provisions set forth by the New York State Racing and Wagering Board.
The powers and duties set forth in Subdivision 1 of § 194 of the General Municipal Law for the control and supervision of games of chance and any other police control required under Article 9-A of said General Municipal Law shall be exercised by the chief law enforcement officer of the Village of Holley, New York.

No games of chance shall be conducted on Sunday unless the license issued under this chapter provides therefor.
