No person shall, at any time, discharge any firearm, gun, rifle,
pistol, BB gun, pellet gun, slingshot, crossbow, longbow or compound
bow, or any other weapon, within the geographical limits of the Village
of Holley, except where permitted by special resolution of the Board
of Trustees or in self-defense or associated with the performance
of official duties by law enforcement agents.
Any person convicted of a violation of the provisions of this
chapter shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $250 or imprisonment
not to exceed 15 days, or both. Each discharge or use shall be deemed
a separate violation.
