No drain or drains to lead from any building
or buildings across any sidewalk in any street, road or highway in
the Village of Valley Stream shall be constructed or laid down without
permission having first been obtained from the Board of Trustees of
said Village so to do.
Any person violating this article shall be liable
for and forfeit and pay a penalty or fine of not more than $25 for
each violation thereof, for the use of said Village, and any person
violating this article, or any part thereof, shall be and is hereby
declared a disorderly person.
