The throwing of newspaper, packages or bundles
of any description from moving vehicles onto the sidewalks, within
the Village of Valley Stream, is hereby declared unlawful.
Any person willfully violating any of the provisions
of this article shall be liable for and forfeit and pay a penalty
or fine of $25 for each offense, and any violation of this article
or any part thereof shall constitute disorderly conduct, and any person
violating this article or any part thereof shall be and is hereby
declared a disorderly person.
