Borough of Leetsdale, PA Article III Leaf Composting Site

§ 56-18 Approval of agreement.

Pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act, 53 Pa.C.S.A. § 2301 et seq., the terms and conditions of the Intermunicipal Agreement By and Between the Borough of Sewickley and the Borough of Leetsdale, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A,[1] are hereby approved and adopted.

§ 56-19 Authorization to execute intergovernmental cooperation agreement.

The appropriate authorized officers of the Borough of Leetsdale are hereby authorized to execute and enter into said intermunicipal agreement on behalf of the Borough of Leetsdale.
