A. 
Authorized. Pursuant to § 7 of the General Business Law of the State of New York, all public sports, exercises, parades or shows shall be permitted on Sunday, after 1:05 p.m., and to witness which an admission fee may or may not be charged; subject, however, to the conditions, restrictions and regulations of Subsection B.
B. 
Distance restrictions. No public sports, exercises, parades or shows shall be permitted to be played within the village on Sunday within 500 feet of any church or place of meeting or worship of any religious society or organization at a time when any religious service is being held in any such church or place of meeting or worship or within 500 feet of any cemetery or any portion of such cemetery.
