Traffic control signals shall be installed and
operated at the following described intersections:

The traffic signal installations shall be in
accordance with the provisions of an act concerning motor vehicles
and traffic regulations, Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes,
shall conform to the design; and shall be maintained in operation,
as authorized by the Department of Transportation of the State of
New Jersey.
