In any Affordable Housing AH District, land, buildings or premises
shall be used for one or more of the following:
A. Principal permitted uses.
(1)
Detached single-family dwelling units.
(2)
Attached side-by-side twin residential dwelling units.
B. Permitted accessory uses.
(1)
Private residential swimming pools pursuant to requisite standards
in this chapter.
(2)
Off-street parking and personal detached garages.
(3)
Private residential sheds for the storage of objects owned by
the residents residing on the property, not to exceed 10 feet in height.
(4)
Recreational facilities customarily associated with detached
single-family dwelling units.
(5)
Decks, porches and patios pursuant to requisite standards in
this chapter.
No principal structure shall be higher than 25 feet or 2 1/2
stories.
The minimum number of dwelling units permitted in this district
shall be six units per gross acre. The total number of low- and moderate-income
dwelling units shall equal 20% of the total number of dwelling units
computed based on six dwelling units per gross acre.
