INTRODUCTION
The Riverton Planning Board approved a new 1998 Master
Plan for the Borough of Riverton prepared and written as required
by the State of New Jersey.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
The intent of this Zoning Ordinance is to adopt the goals
and objectives of the Master Plan. The Planning Board for the Borough
of Riverton established the following goals and objectives in order
to guide development and redevelopment in the Borough:[1]
