than one parking space for each 300 square feet of aggregate floor
area of buildings if employment data is unknown.

Schools and child-care centers
|
One for every 600 square feet of floor area plus adequate storage
space for pickup and delivery. One additional space for each employee
shall also be provided.

Funeral homes and mortuaries
|
One for each three seats devoted to assembly room purposes
|
Gasoline service station or repair garage
|
Two, either within or without the structure, for each 200 square
feet of floor ground area devoted to repair or service facilities
plus one space for each employee. In no case shall the spaces for
permitted motor vehicle storage in conjunction with a service station
be less than five.

Buildings or uses other than those specified above
|
At least one for each 1,000 square feet of gross floor area
or lot area, as determined by the Planning Board or Zoning Board.
The determination shall be consistent with the principles set forth
herein for comparable buildings.

Employee parking
|
One for each two employees on the largest shift, unless otherwise
noted above
