The Township shall be entitled to charge and collect fees for the reproduction of any public records at the rate established by the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., as amended.

In addition, in the instance of mailing, the Township shall be entitled to charge an additional fee to cover the actual cost of postage and handling. A deposit of $5 may be required by the Township prior to mailing if the actual cost of mailing is not know at the time of the request and deposit.

A. 
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:5-54, the Tax Collector shall provide to any party entitled to redeem a certificate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-54, two calculations of the amount required for the redemption within a calendar year at no cost. For each subsequent calculation requested from the Tax Collector, there shall be a fee of $50. A request for a redemption calculation shall be made in writing to the Tax Collector.
B. 
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:5-97.1, the Tax Collector may charge a lien holder of a tax lien $50 for the calculation of the amount due to redeem the tax lien as required pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-97.1. Any requests for a redemption calculation shall specify the date to be used for the calculation which shall be the date of the notice. Neither the Tax Collector nor the Township shall be liable for an incorrect calculation. The fee paid to the Township shall not become part of the lien, and shall not be passed on to any party entitled to redeem pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:5-54.

In the event that public records are in other formats or require production by an outside vendor or agency, the Township shall charge the actual cost of the reproduction of the record.

In the event that the nature, format, manner of collation, or volume of a government record embodied in the form of printed matter to be inspected, examined, or copied pursuant to this article is such that the record cannot be reproduced by ordinary document-copying equipment in ordinary business size or involves an extraordinary expenditure of time and effort to accommodate the request, the public agency may charge, in addition to the actual cost of duplicating the record, a special service charge. The Municipal Clerk shall notify the requestor of the imposition of a special service charge prior to undertaking the response to the request pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.
A. 
Any person seeking the reproduction of public records, documents or other information as contemplated by this article shall submit his or her request, in writing, on a form prescribed by the Municipal Clerk. All requests will be handled in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.
B. 
Prior to commencing with the reproduction of said public records and/or documents, the Municipal Clerk shall first estimate the number of pages or other formats involved and provide the requesting party with a written estimate of the costs of reproduction. No photocopying of any document shall be undertaken without the requesting party first having provided, by check or cash, the funds so estimated as necessary for that reproduction. In the event that the photocopying or other reproduction charges exceed the amount estimated, the requesting party shall be required to pay the difference.

Any certified copy of a legal document issued by the Registrar of Vital Statistics shall be supplied at a charge of $15 for the first copy and $5 for each additional copy.

The County of Burlington is delivering the initial recycling container to each property owner. Additional carts are available at the Township. Residents, upon proof of identification and registration of the cart number to their address, may pick up additional carts at no cost while the supply of free carts remains. If a resident requests delivery of a cart to their address, the resident will be charged a delivery fee of $10.
Any property owner seeking a third cart or any supplemental cart after the supply of secondary carts is exhausted shall pay the Township a fee of $55 for a ninety-five-gallon cart and $50 for a sixty-five-gallon cart or the current cost of same as may be established by resolution.
