The word "garbage," as used in this article, shall include swill, offal, waste or decaying animal or vegetable products as well as other waste matter commonly included in the word "garbage."
No person, firm or corporation shall bring any garbage from without this Township into any place within this Township.
No person, firm or corporation shall accumulate or permit to be accumulated any garbage on land owned or possessed by him.
No person, firm or corporation shall use garbage as feed for pigs.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall, on conviction thereof, pay a penalty of not less than $100 nor more than $200, in the discretion of the court or magistrate before whom complaint for violation of this chapter is made.
