Vehicles posted for sale shall be prohibited on any public street,
alley, right-of-way, public or private parking lot or driveway. Any
vehicle found to be in violation shall be given a phone call, if a
number is available, and allowed one day from the date of the phone
call to remove the vehicle. Failure to comply will result in the vehicle
towed at the owner's expense. Exception: residential properties.
Any person who violates or permits a violation of this chapter
shall, upon being found liable therefor in a civil enforcement proceeding
commenced by the Township before a Magisterial District Judge, pay
the maximum amount authorized by the provisions of 53 P.S. § 66601(c.1),
plus all court costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred
by the Township in the enforcement of this chapter.
