Vehicles posted for sale shall be prohibited on any public street, alley, right-of-way, public or private parking lot or driveway. Any vehicle found to be in violation shall be given a phone call, if a number is available, and allowed one day from the date of the phone call to remove the vehicle. Failure to comply will result in the vehicle towed at the owner's expense. Exception: residential properties.
A. 
It shall be prohibited for any person or persons to stay, live or set up house keeping in a motor home, camper or recreational vehicle parked on any public, private, or Township property.
B. 
A notice shall be sent to the vehicle owner as per Section 107 of the Property Maintenance Code. The violation shall be corrected within seven days upon receipt of the notice. Failure to comply with the notice will result in any legal action provided by state or local law. The Township has the right to tow any vehicle, at the owner's expense, on Township property after proper notification of the violation and the vehicle is not removed in the required time. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
Any person who violates or permits a violation of this chapter shall, upon being found liable therefor in a civil enforcement proceeding commenced by the Township before a Magisterial District Judge, pay the maximum amount authorized by the provisions of 53 P.S. § 66601(c.1), plus all court costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by the Township in the enforcement of this chapter.
