There is hereby established in Bethel Township the position
of Township Manager.
The compensation and duties of the Township Manager shall be
as established by the Board of Supervisors, who shall have the sole
discretion to hire, fire and discipline the Township Manager.
All ordinances, resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistencies
only.
