Town of New Windsor, MD Article XVIII Plumbing Inspector

§ 205-46 Right of access.

The Plumbing Inspector shall have the right of access at all reasonable times to all parts of any premises connected with the sewer system and to examine and inspect the connections thereto and the plumbing fixtures for any improper connection, installation, maintenance or use. The Town may make reasonable charges for such inspections to users of the sewer system.

§ 205-47 Duty to examine and inspect.

It shall be the duty of the Plumbing Inspector to examine and inspect the connections to the sewer system and to enforce the provisions of this Part 3.
