§ 21-1 First election district.

The first election district of the First Ward shall include that part of the city lying within the following boundaries: Beginning at a point on the center line of South Main Street at a point where the said line intersects the center line of Forest Street; running thence easterly along the center of Forest Street to a point thereon where the center line of Forest Street produced easterly intersects the center line of Fremont Street; running thence southerly along the center line of Fremont Street to a point thereon where the center line of Fremont Street produced southerly intersects the center line of Steele Avenue; running thence easterly along the center line of Steele Avenue to a point thereon where the center line of Steele Avenue produced easterly interests the center line of Wells Street; running thence northerly along the center line of Wells Street to a point thereon where the center line of Wells Street produced northerly intersects the center line of Washington Street; running thence westerly along the center line of Washington Street to a point thereon where the center line of Washington Street produced westerly intersects the center line of South Judson Street; running thence northerly along the center line of South Judson Street and North Judson Street to a point thereon where the center line of North Judson Street produced northerly intersects the center line of Prospect Avenue; running thence westerly along the center line of Prospect Avenue to a point thereon where the center line of Prospect Avenue produced westerly intersects the center line of North Main Street; running thence southerly along the center line of North Main Street and South Main Street to a point on South Main Street where the center line produced southerly intersects with Forest Street and being the point and place of beginning.

§ 21-2 Second election district.

The second election district of the First Ward shall include that part of the city lying within the following boundaries: Beginning at a point on the center line of Wells Street at a point where the said line intersects the center line of Steele Avenue; running thence easterly along the center line of Steele Avenue to a point where the center line of Steele Avenue produced easterly intersects the boundary of the corporation line of the City of Gloversville and the Town of Johnstown; running thence northeasterly and northerly along the corporation line to a point where said line produced northerly intersects the center line of East Fulton Street; running thence westerly along the center line of East Fulton Street to a point thereon where the center line of East Fulton Street produced westerly intersects the center line of South Judson Street; running thence southerly along the center line of South Judson Street to a point thereon where the center line of South Judson Street produced southerly intersects the center line of Washington Street; running thence easterly along the center line of Washington Street to a point thereon where the center line of Washington Street produced easterly intersects the center line of Wells Street; running thence southerly along the center line of Wells Street to a point thereon where the center line of Wells Street produced southerly intersects the center line of Steele Avenue and being the point and place of beginning.
