The following uses are permitted in the I-2
Zone subject to the issuance of a special permit by the Planning and
Zoning Commission:
A. Gas-powered electric-generation facilities, subject
to the performance standards enumerated in §
270-39.
B. Ancillary executive and administrative offices.
