A.
In order to facilitate the movement of traffic and
to combat the hazards of excessive snow and ice on highways or portions
of highways, when the state institutes a snow emergency plan in Carroll
County, it shall be effective on all municipal streets in the Town
of Manchester.[1]
B.
The Chief of Police shall ensure the dissemination
of information through radio, newspaper or other available media to
inform the public of the existence of such emergency.
