A.
Violations of this chapter which are deemed violations
of traffic laws, order, rules and regulations may be disposed of the
same as any traffic infraction under the laws of the State of New
York.
B.
In addition to any other penalty which may be provided
in this chapter, a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter
shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $150 or by imprisonment
not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, or by
a penalty of not less than $5 nor more than $500 to be recovered by
the County of Monroe in a civil action. Every day of such violation
may be held to constitute a separate offense.
