The chapters of the Code established by this local law shall be as designated or referred to below, such chapters being composed of provisions of local laws, ordinances and resolutions heretofore adopted by the Village Board, as referred to, renumbered and designated as set forth below, or as incorporated herein by reference as set forth below:

This chapter shall consist of Articles I through V of this local law (§§ 1-1 through 1-19).

This chapter shall consist of Ordinance No. 14, adopted September 12, 1935, which is incorporated herein by reference pending enactment of specific legislation amending, supplementing, renumbering and designating the provisions of said ordinance. This chapter shall consist of Ordinance No. 24, adopted January 20, 1964, which is incorporated herein by reference pending enactment of specific legislation amending, supplementing, renumbering and designating the provisions of said ordinance. This chapter shall consist of Local Law No. 1-1976, enacted January 12, 1976, and the original Articles and sections of said local law (Articles I through X, §§ 12-1 through 12-44) are incorporated herein by reference pending enactment of specific legislation amending, supplementing and designating the provisions of said local law. This chapter shall consist of Ordinance No. 19, adopted June 5, 1951, and amended in its entirety June 4, 1957, which is incorporated herein by reference pending enactment of specific legislation amending, supplementing, renumbering and designating the provisions of said ordinance. This chapter shall consist of a resolution adopted November 23, 1970, and original Sections 1 through 5 are incorporated herein without substantive change, renumbered and designated as §§ 20-1 through 20-5 respectively, with original Sections 6 and 7 being deleted and repealed.

This chapter shall consist of provisions derived from Ordinance No. 5, adopted April 29, 1932; Ord. No. 21, adopted December 23, 1954; and § 12-24 of Local Law No. 1-1976, adopted January 12, 1976, which provisions are incorporated herein by reference pending enactment of specific legislation revising, supplementing and reenacting said provisions. This chapter shall consist of Ordinance No. 12, adopted November 20, 1934, which is incorporated herein by reference pending enactment of specific legislation amending, supplementing, renumbering and designating the provisions of said ordinance. This chapter shall consist of Ordinance No. 23, adopted January 20, 1964, which is incorporated herein by reference pending enactment of specific legislation amending, renumbering and designating the provisions of said ordinance. [Specific legislation adopted 6-26-1979 as L.L. No. 8-1979]

This chapter shall consist of Ordinance No. 2, adopted April 29, 1932, which is incorporated herein by reference pending enactment of specific legislation amending, supplementing, renumbering and designating the provisions of said ordinance. [Specific legislation adopted 6-26-1979 as L.L. No. 9-1979]

This chapter shall consist of Local Law No. 1-1974, adopted October 14, 1974, and original Sections 1 through 4 are incorporated herein without substantive change, renumbered and designated as §§ 40-1 through 40-4 respectively, with original Section 5 being deleted and repealed.

This chapter shall consist of Ordinance No. 1, adopted December 17, 1931; Ordinance No. 3, adopted April 29, 1932; Ordinance No. 4, adopted April 29, 1932; and Ordinance No. 8, adopted May 17, 1932; which ordinances are incorporated herein by reference pending enactment of specific legislation amending, supplementing, renumbering and designating the provisions of said ordinances. This chapter shall consist of Local Law No. 1-1968, adopted May 14, 1968, and Local Law No. 2-1976, adopted August 9, 1976, which are incorporated herein without substantive change, renumbered and designated as follows:

Local Law No. 1-1968, adopted May 14, 1968, is hereby designated as Article I, entitled "Utilities Tax," with original Sections 1 through 14 of said local law being renumbered and designated as §§ 50-1 through 50-14 respectively.

Local law No. 2-1976, adopted August 9, 1976, is hereby designated as Article II, entitled "Commercial Real Property Tax Exemption," and original Sections 1 and 2 of said local law are renumbered and designated as §§ 50-15 and 50-16 respectively, with original Section 3 being deleted and repealed.

This chapter shall consist of Ordinance No. 6, adopted April 29, 1932, which is incorporated herein by reference pending enactment of specific legislation amending, supplementing, renumbering and designating the provisions of said ordinance. This chapter shall consist of Ordinance No. 18, adopted June 23, 1947; Ordinance No. 17, adopted July 15, 1940, as amended in its entirety February 3, 1959, and subsequently amended; Ordinance No. 22, adopted September 18, 1961; Ordinance No. 9, adopted October 18, 1932, as amended in its entirety October 8, 1968; and a resolution adopted December 8, 1975, which ordinances and resolution are incorporated herein by reference pending enactment of specific legislation amending, supplementing, renumbering and designating the provisions of said ordinances and resolution. This chapter shall consist of Ordinance No. 11 (Zoning Ordinance), adopted February 14, 1933, as amended, which ordinance, as heretofore amended, is incorporated herein by reference pending enactment of specific legislation further amending, supplementing, renumbering and designating the provisions of said ordinance. The inclusion of certain material in the Code Appendix, as described below, shall in no way affect the manner in which such provisions may be changed or repealed in the future, and such material is included in the Code for informational purposes only.

This chapter shall consist of the Rules of Procedure adopted by the Zoning Board of Appeals June 15, 1970, and original Sections 1 through 9 are hereby incorporated herein without substantive change, renumbered and designated as §§ A65-1 through A65-9 respectively.

This chapter shall consist of the declaration made and dated June 23, 1925, by Russell Gardens, Inc., as assigned and transferred to Russell Gardens Association, Inc., by instruments dated June 9, 1932, and as last renewed or extended for the twenty-year period commencing January 1, 1970. Such declaration is included in this Appendix chapter without substantive change and without renumbering or further designation of the various provisions thereof.
