Unless another penalty is expressly prescribed by state law
or by a specific provision of this chapter, every person convicted
of a violation of a provision of this chapter shall be subject to
the maximum fines and penalties established under N.J.S.A. 40:49-5
and 40:69A-29, and any subsequent amendments thereto.
