A. Single-family dwellings.
(1)
Mother-daughter residences, upon obtaining special permit approval
from the Board of Appeals.
B. Public schools of general or special instruction.
C. Upon obtaining special use permit approval from the Board of Appeals:
(1)
Residential accommodations for persons engaged in the activities
of places of worship and religious related uses.
(3)
Home professional offices.
(4)
Educational uses, including schools of religious instruction.
D. Parks and parklands, municipal uses, police, fire and ambulance facilities
and public recreational facilities.
E. Buildings, structures or uses accessory to permitted uses within
the district.

A. Coverage.
(1)
Maximum coverage of lot by aggregate building area of all buildings
thereon: 40%.
(2)
Maximum coverage of lot by aggregate building area of all buildings
and structures thereon: 60%.
(3)
Maximum coverage of rear yard by aggregate building area of
accessory buildings and structures, except swimming pools, accessory
walkways and driveways located thereon: 40%.
(4)
Floor area ratio: 0.5 (1 to 2).
(5)
Open space ratio: 150% (1.5 to 1).
B. Minimum frontage.
(1)
Single-family dwellings: 50 feet, except that for any single-family
dwelling on an accredited zoning lot the minimum frontage shall be
at least 40 feet.
(2)
Two-family dwellings: 60 feet.
(3)
Places of worship; all schools: 100 feet.
C. Minimum area.
(1)
Single-family dwellings: 5,000 square feet, except that for
any accredited zoning lot the area shall be at least 4,000 square
feet.
(2)
Two-family dwellings: 6,000 square feet.
(3)
Places of worship; all schools: 10,000 square feet.
