The Planning Board shall be empowered to:
A. Recommend on its own, or by referral from the Village
Board, matters relating to proposed amendments to the Valley Stream
Zoning Law.
B. Review, approve, approve with modifications or disapprove applications for subdivisions in accordance with Article
XXVIII of this chapter.
The Planning Board shall prescribe rules of
conduct and procedure for its affairs consistent with the applicable
provisions of the Village Law of the State of New York and this chapter.
Fees for applications before the Planning Board
shall be established by the Village Board by resolution at an open
meeting.
