Regular meetings will be held on the fourth
Tuesday of each month at 7:45 p.m. at the Glen Cove Library and conducted
in accordance with the New York State Open Meetings Law.

Each member club shall attend a minimum of six
meetings in a calendar year or be transferred to an advisory member.
This action shall be in effect through the next full calendar year
before said club shall be allowed to petition the Commission for a
recommendation to the City Council for reappointment as an active
member of the Commission.
Range officers will complete a certified range
officers safety course approved by the Glen Cove Range Commission,
and be recommended by their club, in writing, on club stationery and
signed by a club officer. Minimum 5% of membership or five, whichever
is greater.
Minutes of all Commission meetings will be mailed
to the primary representative from each organization as soon as possible
after each meeting. It will be the responsibility of the primary and
alternate representatives to maintain communication.

The Glen Cove Range Commission will submit an
annual budget to the City Council for its consideration on or before
September 15 of each year.
Any club or organization using the range will
supply the Commission and the City of Glen Cove with:
A. A roster of club officers and addresses.
B. An insurance certificate naming the City of Glen Cove
as an additionally insured, for a minimum of $500,000, to be increased
to $1,000,000 within one year.
C. The club's National Rifle Association affiliate certificate.
D. A copy of club's rules and regulations, reference
range use.
E. A letter requesting a weekly time slot on club stationary,
signed by a club officer.
Keys are restricted to Commission members and
Glen Cove Range Commission certified range officers.
Any club or organization requesting a time slot
change will do so in writing on club stationery and signed by a club
officer.
Any club or organization wishing to have a locker
at the range will submit a request in writing to the Commission on
club stationery and signed by a club officer. All lockers will be
identified with the organization's name.

No person, other than the City of Glen Cove,
shall place vehicles, equipment, building materials or refuse of any
kind in or about the range parking lot without written permission
from the City of Glen Cove.

No work, other than maintenance, shall be performed
at the pistol range without the consent of the City of Glen Cove;
the city will, when possible, confirm such work with the Range Commission
prior to embarking thereon.
