Motor vehicles, when standing upon any street
or public highway of the City of North Tonawanda, New York, during
the period from 1/2 hour after sunset to 1/2 hour before sunrise,
must display two lights in front and a red light in the rear, which
shall be visible from a point at least 500 feet distant; provided,
however, that upon the end of the motor vehicle against the curb,
no light is required.
Any person violating the provisions of this
ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to
a fine not to exceed $100 or imprisonment not to exceed 100 days.
Any ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance is hereby repealed.
