All residents of the Village of Altamont, and
all residential, institutional, commercial and industrial generators
of solid waste located within the Village of Altamont, shall comply
with all terms and provisions of Town of Guilderland Local Law No.
1 of 2003, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference herein.
