Editor's Note: Former Ch. 10, Art. X, of the 2005 Code, Police Department, consisting of §§ 10-51 through 10-69, adopted by ordinance, as amended, was repealed 9-21-2010 by Ord. No. 2010-8. Former § 10-69.1, Quasi-public police services, added 7-11-2006 by Ord. No. 2006-13, was also removed from the Code pursuant to Ord. No. 2010-8.
