A.
The Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority has
been hereby created by the County of Sussex and shall be charged with
the responsibility for designing and constructing regional sewer systems
in the county.
B.
The Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority can
be of assistance to the Township in solving water problems and sewage
problems prior to and following the existence of the regional authority
and the Township wishes to promote regional utilities systems through
a regional system.
The Township shall hereby be a member of the
Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority in accordance with N.J.S.A.
40:14B-11.
