[Adopted 1-16-2001 by Ord. No. 2001-1 (§ 2-34 of the 1971 Revised General Ordinances)]
For all employees who have retired and reached the age of 69 years with at least 32 years of service with the Township, the Township will assume the entire cost of health insurance coverage in the Township's health plan and pay all of the premiums for single coverage in the health plan the employee was enrolled in at the time of retirement. The Township shall have the right to change insurance carriers or the amounts and types of coverage afforded under said plan, if the Township changes the plan for its municipal employees. The retired employee may choose to participate in any plan in which the Township is enrolled, but the Township's contribution toward premiums will be limited as stated above.
