As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
TRAILER
A vehicle, commonly known as a "house trailer," designed to be used
for living, sleeping or office purposes and which is so designed that it is
or may be mounted on wheels and used as a conveyance through its own or other
mode of power.
CAMPING VEHICLE
Any camp trailer, travel trailer or other unit built or mounted on
a vehicle or chassis designed without permanent foundation, which is for temporary
dwelling or sleeping purposes, but shall not include any vehicles which are
too long or too heavy to be towed by an ordinary passenger automobile.
CONTRACTOR
A person whose principal occupation is that of construction or related
trades.
The enforcement of §§
376-1 and
376-2 of this chapter shall be by the Construction Official.
