The City of Vineland shall forthwith be divided
into not fewer than six wards nor more than 10 wards, the lines and
boundaries of which shall be fixed and defined by Commissioners appointed
by the Mayor, by and with the consent of the Council of this City,
in accordance with the statute in such case made and provided.
After the passage of this article, the Mayor
shall, with the advice and consent of the City Council, appoint four
Commissioners who shall be residents and legal voters of this City,
and not more than two of whom shall be of the same political party,
to fix and define the lines and boundaries of such wards.

The City of Vineland is hereby divided into
six wards.
The First Ward shall comprise all that territory
and its inhabitants in the City of Vineland lying in the area within
the following described boundaries:

of Scotland Run with the northerly City line, thence:

Along the center of Park Avenue westwardly to
the center of Delsea Drive;

Along the center of Delsea Drive northwardly
to the center of Almond Road;

Along the center of Almond Road westwardly to
the center of Maurice River;

G.

Along the center of Maurice River northwardly
to the center of Weymouth Road;

Along the center of Scotland Run northwardly
to the northerly City line and place of beginning.

The Second Ward shall comprise all that territory
and its inhabitants in the City of Vineland lying in the area within
the following described boundaries:

River and the southerly City line, thence:
