The Director of Public Safety, the Chief of
Police and the Chief Financial Officer of the City of Vineland shall
be responsible for establishment of fees for training programs offered
through the Police Academy based upon the cost accounting records
for service provision.
The Director of Public Safety and the Chief
Financial Officer shall review annually the cost accounting records
for service provision, and the fee for service shall be adjusted annually
as required pursuant to such review.
Certified copies of this article shall be filed
with the Director of Public Safety, the Chief Financial Officer and
the applicable federal and/or state agencies.

The Business Administrator, Chief Financial
Officer and Purchasing Agent shall be responsible for establishment

issued by the City of Vineland based upon the cost accounting records
for same.
