No person shall behave in a rude, indecent or disorderly manner, or use any indecent, profane or insulting language in any public place or in any public way, street or sidewalk, or in any private way to which the public has the right of access as invitees, in the Town or near any dwelling, house, other building or business therein, or upon any doorstep, portico or other projection from any house or other building or business, to the annoyance or disturbance of any person lawfully present.
For the purpose of this chapter, the penalty for violation of any provision of this bylaw shall be a fine of not more than $200 for each day said violation exists, unless otherwise specified in the General Laws of the Commonwealth.
