The Board of Health of the Town of Walpole, acting under the authority
of MGL c. 111, § 31, and amendments and additions thereto, in the
interest of and for the preservation of the public health, hereby prohibits
the sale of stink bombs containing ammonium sulfide in the Town of Walpole.
Any person who violates the above regulation may be punished by a fine
of $50 for each day such violation continues.
