Valley Forge Sewer Authority, PA Article VI Appeals Fees

§ 110-49 Reimbursement by appellant required.

The appellant shall reimburse the Authority in the amount of $150 per hour for the conduct of hearings, including but not limited to the appearance fee of the court stenographer and the legal expense of the Hearing Board.

§ 110-51 Minimum fee; payment in advance.

[Amended 9-9-2002 by Res. No. 2-2002 [1]]

The fee of $5,000 is the minimum fee to conduct an appeal. This fee is to be paid by the appellant in advance.

§ 110-52 Billing of costs above minimum fee.

If actual cost of conducting the hearing goes over the minimum, the appellant will be billed for the actual cost above that minimum fee already paid.
