§ 6-68 Provisions continued.

These rules and regulations shall continue in force and shall not be annulled, amended or added to other than by ordinance of law, except by action of the Commission and approval thereof by the Borough.

§ 6-69 When effective.

These rules and regulations shall become effective upon their approval by the Borough.
