A Department of the Borough of Aldan is hereby created to be known as
the "Department of Borough Planning," which shall be in charge of the Borough
Planning Commission.
The Borough Planning Commission shall be constituted as provided by
law and shall perform all the duties and may exercise all the powers conferred
upon borough planning commissions by law.
