No person shall keep or cause to be kept swine, cattle, poultry or waterfowl in the Village of Hamilton, except as may be otherwise permitted under Chapter
174, Zoning, or as otherwise mandated under the authority of the New York State Agriculture and Markets Law.
No person shall use or permit to be used any
building, shed, lot or premises in the Village of Hamilton, New York,
for the purpose of slaughtering animals.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by the penalties set forth in Chapter
1, General Provisions, Article
II.
