Editor's Note: This local law was subject to a permissive referendum and, no valid petition requesting such referendum having been filed, was deemed duly adopted on April 7, 1978.
It is the intent of the Village Board of the Village of Shortsville to afford good government at a low cost to the taxpayers; however, with the proliferation of work involved in administering the village affairs, the work load of the members of the Board of Trustees has increased markedly.
[Amended 3-9-1982 by L.L. No. 2-1982]
