Article I Fire Insurance Claims

§ 128-1 Statutory procedure adopted.

The procedure described in Act 98 of 1992, specifically Section 508(c) and (d),[1] is hereby authorized for all fire losses occurring after the adoption of this Article.

§ 128-2 Designation of administrative officer.

The Borough Secretary is designated as the officer to carry out the duties set forth in Act 98 of 1992, Section 508(c) and (d).
