Zoning appeals shall include appeals from the
decisions of the Board of Zoning Appeals and appeals upon reports
of the Board in proceedings to challenge the validity of any ordinance
or map.

As used in this article, "court" means the County
Court of Common Pleas with respect to zoning appeals involving land
in Beaver County.

Appeals shall be taken in accordance with the
provisions of 53 P.S. § 11001-A et seq.
