Parking of any and all vehicles will be prohibited
on the designated side of the following streets or sections of streets
at all times during the months of November, December, January, February
and March of each year, so as to facilitate snow and ice removal therefrom,
as well the application of road salt, ashes or other materials thereon,
by the Department of Public Works:

A.
Each violation of this Article shall be a separate
summary offense. Upon conviction, each violator will be assessed a
fine of not less than $25 nor more than $300, plus costs of prosecution.
Any violator who defaults in the payment of any fine or cost imposed
shall be subject to imprisonment in the designated county facility
for not more than 30 days.
B.
For purposes of this Article, each day that a vehicle
is illegally parked shall be regarded as a separate offense.
