This prohibition against parking along Avenue A, also known as Trolley Line Avenue, as set forth above, may be temporarily suspended by action of the Mayor or Council, for any emergency situation, public event or other such circumstance in which public interest necessitates such action."

§ 124-63 Schedule XVI: Parking Prohibited Certain Hours.

In accordance with the provisions of § 124-25, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours specified below of any day, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below:
