[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of
Bell Acres 4-3-1962 by Ord. No. 7. Amendments noted where applicable.]
From and after this date, the Borough Council shall and will
have the authority to appoint the same individual to hold the offices
of Secretary and Treasurer simultaneously. For all other intents and
purposes concerning qualifications and tenure, the Borough Council
will comply with said Borough Code.[1]
