The purpose of the RLD Zone is to provide for
low-density residential development and compatible accessory uses
with a minimum lot size of 15,000 square feet.
In the RLD Residential Low-Density District,
land may be used and building and structures may be erected or used
only for the following uses:
A. Single-family detached dwellings.
B. Farming and agricultural uses including nurseries
and the growing of vegetable and field crops, and excluding the raising
of livestock.
C. Municipal facilities deemed necessary and appropriate
by the governing body of the Borough of Newfield.
The following bulk area and yard requirements
shall apply to all uses and buildings in the RLD District.
A. Minimum lot size: 15,000 square feet.
B. Minimum lot width and frontage: 100 feet.
C. Minimum front yard: 40 feet.
D. Minimum side yard: 25 feet.
E. Minimum rear yard: 25 feet.
F. Maximum building height: 35 feet.
G. Maximum lot coverage: 40%
